There are several others like Chand Pasha who are neither aware of the schemes launched by the Government, nor understand the privileges that RTE can bestow upon them. There are several who are not aware that Government provides scholarships to high school students if they have been attending school regularly.
Textbooks are distributed free to students upto class 5, dress material to get uniforms stitched is provided free of cost. Does it reach the right hands? Who will help to get the uniforms stitched? What does one do to claim the scholarship they are entitled to? There is ignorance all around!
